We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the 1-2-1 area of Oli, causing the page to occasionally not load properly. We are working diligently with our provider to resolve this technical issue, but unfortunately, it is not expected to be fixed until early next year. The IT department is currently investigating an issue with SuccessFactors that is preventing data from being imported into Oli correctly to create/update accounts.
