The IT department is currently investigating an issue with SuccessFactors that is preventing data from being imported into Oli correctly to create/update accounts.

A ticket has been opened with the SF integration team, and we expect the issue to be resolved soon. In the meantime, new starters’ accounts and any recent changes to SF will be delayed.
